A note on deliveries...
We will make every attempt to contact the recipient before delivery. Unless otherwise instructed, if the recipient isn't home or at the specified delivery location, we will leave in a protected and secure location or with someone in the building. Our staff will follow up with a telephone call to ensure delivery was made. Please note, during extreme cold or heat, we cannot and will not leave out of doors. All deliveries to local hospitals are made to the patients room
(if allowed)
and not in
the flower room or nurse's station.
